BESPOKE ORDER INFORMATION

PRE-CONSULTATION
This is done via email or over the phone. After receiving an initial enquiry, we ask you to fill our BESPOKE FORM or schedule a call to start collecting references of concepts, styles or designs that you like.
These questions will guide you through the key aspects of a bespoke jewellery, which usually include a rough design or some guidelines on style, an idea of the ideal stone type, colour and size, any deadlines or sizing details and a rough budget should you wish to specify. This process provides us with important information about your preferences and vision which gives us a clear picture of the bespoke piece our team will create.
CONSULTATION
Once you are sure you want to go ahead and have paid the consultation fee, our bespoke team will use the initial concepts we established in our pre-consultation to prepare for our next appointment. Consultations can take place virtually or via email or face to face by appointment in our workspace in London.
This step of the process involves establishing your ideal design and we hone in on the desired stone type/shape/size/colour, and work out the finer details
FINAL QUOTE
We send you a final quote outlining all of the details for your confirmation. On approval of your quote, a 50-75% deposit is required to secure your bespoke order. We will also send you our terms of commission to sign. We will then proceed with the production of your bespoke piece. Upon completion the balance will become due. Bespoke production times range from 3 - 6 weeks.
DESIGN APPROVAL
We utilise state-of-the-art 3D imagery to bring your ideas to life. And if you’re unsure of what you truly want, our designers can present a range of concepts. Once we have the general design planned out, a design file will be sent to you for approval.
PRODUCTION
After the consultation, DOLA will craft your piece from a range of stunning materials — including precious metals (gold, silver, and bronze) and dazzling gemstones (such as diamonds, topaz, and rubies). We ensure that every tier of the production process meets our impeccable standards. This is a piece to last a lifetime so we take our craftsmanship very seriously.
